Very poor Chat service and Mobile provider


During my chat regarding  poor data speed and coverage compared to Three. Also data speeds only 3% of Vodafone.

Also was not given enough time to replies ended up being disconnected whilst I was typing.

Do not sign up to I'd!

There are no speed caps or priority lists for MVNO’s that use the Three network to provide a service. Generally, I find speeds are great when using 5G but poor when using 4G.

That's what I assumed, id response is for me cancel my contract!

They also explained that when me and wife who is on 3 direct tested our phones at home was that my wife phone wasn't  connected the same mast I was. And could be due to being devices, true I've a new pixel 8 she has a Samsung s23. So a pixel 8 gets a poor connection.

Please take a look at our coverage checker, which will show you what your signal strength should be like in your area, for all of 3G/4G/5G, for both indoors and outdoors.

Furthermore, please take a look at our network partner Three's network status checker, which will show if there is any maintenance or performance upgrades going on in your area. If the website states that's the case, then it's likely that this is disrupting your coverage, and we hope that this is resolved soon for you.

Please take a look at both of these. If you believe you should be experiencing better signal than you are, or if the networks status checker on Three's website isn't showing any upgrades or maintenance, then please do let us know.

 

Please also try restarting your phone, and resetting network settings.

No it didn't, please close as solved. Thanks for trying I'm convinced that 3 is pathetic for data. 

Solution, I'm going to buy other network sim for data  and use id for calls only.

So at end of contract I'll move to Vodafone or O2 which I have experience of vastly better data connection that is more reliable and faster

Sorry no it didn't help, see today's outside screenshot.

Its been like this since I joined ID in early May, was same just over two years ago when I was with 3 , they promised a mast at fault and would fixed. Obviously they still haven't sorted yet.

I not worried or too concerned now as I a data sim for internet and change network as soon as ID contract finishes.
