very poor signal hardly any

The signal has been very poor since I joined this network beginnings of August. The page for coverage only says something about 3G being stopped… I do not know what to do, there is nobody to talk to and meanwhile I cannot do my work because the network is not performing at all.

I did not cancel the contract on time because I was in a retreat and now I am bound to a service that is not offering any service.

It may also be worth trying the SIM in another handset or a replacement SIM card.
