Hi @Lightbulb

Three will be merging with Vodafone, and we use Three UK’s network.

That’s all we can update on currently, so we’d recommend to keep an eye out on our website and community pages for any updates on the merger.

Cause Smarty is owned by Three and iD is owned by Curry’s. Pretty sure iD customers in the future will be able to connect to either a Vodafone or Three mast as part of the merger.

Vodafone will cull any overlapping masts, so you won’t get double coverage. Signal might improve, but it could also get worse. You won’t be able to choose which mast or network you connect to either. One thing is guaranteed: prices will go up (eventually), as they always do when one company buys another.

iD Mobile may even end up moving everyone over to EE or O2 if they can't renegotiate a suitable agreement with Voda3 at some point in the near future.
