Help! I have voice mail in my plan. I don’t think I have ever been able to access it. I get voice mail messages, five are showing at the moment. I get missed calls and partial VM transcripts. But still the voice says I don’t have any message when I try to access. What do I do?

iD Voicemail doesn’t provide transcripts. It seems your device has its own voicemail service built-in. For example, an iPhone offers Live Voicemail which is unrelated to iD Mobile.

i have checked the topic. It doesn’t tell me how to set this up?
i can dial in to voice mail, the answer message says you have no new messages.
messages are being left and am being told I have them.
please can you make contact with me, or give me a way to contact someone to fix this?
my plan should have it, and I checked and this appears to be on.
what else can I do?
