You need a PIN to keep your messages secure, especially if you want to access your voicemail from another phone or while abroad.

Setting up your PIN

When you call voicemail for the first time, we will ask you to set up a PIN. Make sure it isn’t easy to guess (we don’t accept simple sequences like 1111 or 1234).

Changing your PIN

If you forget your PIN or want to change it:

  1. Dial 123 from your iD mobile.
  2. Listen to the main menu prompts.
  3. Press 2 for settings, then press 1 to change your PIN.
  4. Enter your new PIN and confirm it.
