I cannot access my voicemail from my mobile. Keep getting messages like 'not registered on network ' - which it us. Or 'cannot connect'. Used live chat to try and sort. Was referred to tech team who then messaged me but gave no indication of how I could contact them. Help!

We’d recommend keeping on with them, they may not be able to fix it instantly but they’ll be able to raise it to the tech team who may be able to look deeper into your account.

Has been raised with the tech team. First time messaged me to say needed to talk to me. I was then told you can't talk to the tech team! 2nd time raised and I've heard nothing!
