voicemail

I’ve turned off voicemail in my plan but it still goes to voicemail if I don’t pick up in time. I don’t want people leaving messages on voicemail.

I’m guessing you have an iPhone? Turn off live voicemail from within the phone settings.

    Have you turned off the voicemail service using the following steps?

    -To turn off voicemail, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then toggle voicemail 'off'.

    Please also turn off voicemail on your handset settings.
