Question

voicemail does not switch in, instead call ends

This morning I set up voicemail and it worked fine, but I thought time for voicemail to switch in too long. So I tried **61*123*10# for iPhone, then found time was too short so I changed again to maybe 14 seconds, and maybe did again. But now I find my voicemail does not switch in when someone phones, instead the incoming call simply ends after approx 10 rings, almost like I pressed the end call button. How can this be🙈? How to resolve 🧐?

Any help appreciated 🙏.

Sorry to hear this @BarryEd

Does it let you set up the voicemail again? How do I set up my Voicemail? | iD Mobile Community

Please let us know how you get on, or if we can do anything else 🙂

Sorry Siân,

thanks for the feedback but I’ve not had any success .

It’s like I need a total reset on my voicemail but I do not know how to do that. When I call 123 it all seems working fine, I’m told I have no voicemail messages, I can go to through the menu options and I changed my pin without a problem.
But the problem is my voicemail does not switch in when I phone my mobile from my landline, instead it hangs up after approx 6 rings. This seems ridiculous 🙈.

I have now disabled my voicemail from the ID MOBILE app (I checked and when I call 123 it does not work) but the problem still exists … if I call my mobile from my landline it still hangs up after about 4 to 6 rings, oh my 😬.

Any ideas?
