Hi, I am trying to switch off my voicemail from the services in the app but doesn’t seem to work. Could you please advise. Thanks

Hi, have already done those procedures. I managed to sort it out through phone settings app and switching off Live Voicemail to Off position. This seem to work for now.

Sorry to hear this, when someone calls you, are they still given the option to leave a voicemail?

 

If they do leave a voicemail, are you still notified of it?

Hi, yes , they are able to leave a voicemail and there is also notification.

With the voicemail turned off on the account (waiting a minimum of 10 minutes), have you tried restarting the phone. Then see if voicemail is deactivated.

 

If this still doesn’t work leave voicemail turned off for 24 hours and then restart the phone. Does this fix the issue?
