The above screenshot is normal. It’s displayed on when a network doesn’t support visual voicemail.

Regarding setting up Voicemail, I had the same issue. I kept getting error messages when entering a pin, error messages when recording my name and every time I record a personal greeting it's missing the first few seconds of the recording.
I managed to set up voicemail in the end by entering a pin and pressing hash as fast as I could. I left a three-second gap after hearing the beep before saying my name, but had to choose the default message as every time I record my own personal greeting the first few seconds are always missing.

If this also fails you can contact an agent via Live Chat and in the messages box type in To speak to someone.

Hi joe , this does not work with the 123 etc , i have tried to speak to agent without any success , all i got was feedback review, this is the worst company i have used for trying to contact somebody

IOS 18.4 which is upto date its very strange as i have this on my voicemail page , happened after the switch over ….. this is screen shot

+24I just dialled Voicemail and was able to re-record my name and a personal greeting all without issue. It appears the issues I reported above only occur when setting up Voicemail for the first time.
Do whatever you need to do to get through the setup process. Don’t worry if the recordings are poor or only partially recorded, because once setup you can dial voicemail and reconfigure things without issues.
