voicemail not working after changing ringtime

I’ve shortened the ring time on my phone and now when someone calls and I don’t answer it says the number is not recognised. I’ve checked the settings in the phone app and all seems to be in order. I’ve switched off and back on again but it is the same. Can anyone help solve this issue please.

Thanks Michelle but still no joy. I have samsung a10 and the voicemail number is set what seems correct but it won't allow me to change it anyway

Hi @Milkygraeme 

We are sorry to hear you have still unable to get this to work. Please can you check your voicemail settings to see what the number shows as? Can you also try to turn your Voicemail off and then back on again. You can do this through the iD App.
