Can anyone suggest how to stop callers leaving a message on my voicemail? I have toggled the button in services to on and then off but callers are still allowed to leave a message. I would like this facility switched off to not allow anyone to leave a message

Thank you Tom. The issue has been resolved. I wasn’t aware the phone app on my phone had a facility to deactivate live voice mail
