I am new to ID Mobile. I have not setup voicemail yet, however I have had text messages to say I have  voicemails. 
when I go into voicemail and click call voice mail it says I need to call Id Mobile to setup a pin. What is the number to call to set this up? I have tried 123 and the full number ending in 123, however it still says call IF to setup a pin. 
what number do I call to set this up?  I am currently abroad in Greece.

Unfortunately @Tobin Rodbard-Hedderwick, the iD Mobile voicemail system will only allow the PIN to be setup while you’re in the UK, not abroad. 

To access your voicemail from abroad, you’ll have needed to setup a PIN before leaving the UK.
