I recently got a PAC code to transfer my number from my vodaphone contract over to ID. When filling out the form it says that the PAC code shouldn’t start with VTM. I have tried to put in the code without the VTM at the beginning but it says it’s invalid. Do I need to request a new code?

Hello
What this means is, our PAC codes are usually VTM followed by some numbers.
EE is usually TEL followed by numbers (if I’m correct)
Vodafone’s are VUK and then numbers
and so on.
So we don’t accept PAC codes from our own network.
You’ll just need to enter the full PAC code you received from Vodafone (including the VUK part).
Make sure you have spoken to Vodafone and requested a PAC code from them and not from iD Mobile.
