Waiting since Sunday (10th Jan 2021) to port in to iD Mobile

Hi,

Can someone at iD help with this?

It just keeps saying PAC code or phone number incorrect, but I’ve double-checked countless times.

My old EE contract will run out very soon, so need to get set up on iD asap.
