I have recently switched myself and my wife to ID Mobile, whilst I’ve completed the PAC process for myself, I can’t remember if I did it for my wifes account. Each time I go to the portal I get an error, I’d like to confirm so I don’t lose her old number in the move.

Looking at the system, the Port for your wife’s number is in progress. There’s nothing else you need to do.
