Want to revert to my old number

I’ve just switched to iD and in spite of ticking the box to keep my number have been allocated a new one, that I don’t want. I have the PAC but was never asked for this when switching. How do I now revert to my old number?

Thank you. A real person to help at last. Can you help me with another query please?

In trying to switch my wife to iD I mistakenly asked for an eSIM when she needs a physical Sim. Her iPhone X won’t read the eSIM sent to her and try though I might I’ve found no way of rectifying this. I even went to Curry’s to collect one but as i did the transaction with iD they couldn’t provide one. I can’t even just cancel and start again. So frustrating and off-putting

Hi @dennisrigg

That’s strange, Currys should be able to provide a replacement SIM card, regardless of where you purchased.

Are you the account holder for your Wife’s account or are you?
