Website basket not loading - 500 internal server error

Apologies if this is not posted in the correct place - I’m trying to checkout online but the basket page does not load once there is an item added to it. It loads ok if it is empty. I’ve tried both on my phone and on my laptop, and have also tried in a private browser window.

Hi, I have been trying on and off all day and cannot proceed to upgrade either, getting the same ‘server error’ message no matter what option I pick.

Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, try clearing your browsing history and cache.
