can’t remember switch date…. Had issue with phone when trying to sort switch. Over a week now & number still not changed & don’t think I’ve done it right

The date for your port would have been confirmed to you once you processed the port.
If you don’t believe this was done correctly, you can process this again here - International Calling & Roaming Charges | iD Mobile Network
