what is my phone number

So, in order to activate the SIM I need my phone number, which i don't have because I was never sent one - how do I fix this?

I just transferred today and with the sim card I got a receipt which has the phone number, I agree is not easy to find but there is a telephone number there.. and if you insert your card in your phone then you will get a message with the number.

You only need to activate a replacement SIM @Ewan Burns.

If the SIM was received as part of a new order then just pop it in the phone and you should be good to go. 👍

Hello @Ewan Burns,

If it’s a new contract SIM, then the SIM will already be active upon dispatch.

You can pop the SIM in and send a text to a friend/family and ask them to confirm the number (or call).

You’ll need the number to register, not activate though (since it’s already active).
