I paid twice in June and it's showing as pd but still getting letter saying I owe it, and credit not showing up in app, that’s telling me the same.

Hey there ​@Ian Carlton Whitfield, sorry to hear that. Sometimes on the app/website, it can show successful/unsuccessful payments, even when they’ve not been taken, or when they have as an error.

 

Can you please check your bank statement and see how many payments have officially been taken out, and not pending, each month?

Just checked, it’s ok I’m really sorry I misread it, It’s due on 14th it’ll go out with direct debit on that day.
