Hi I’m new to I’d mobile and just paid my first months bill of £10, I can see in manage my bills that the next November bill says -£15 what is a minus bill if I’m on a £10 monthly plan with zero cap? I’ve definitely not exceeded my usage as I only activated my account yesterday the 24th October due to losing my sim tray and waiting for a replacement.
Solved
What’s the meaning of a minus bill ?

Hey there
If your bill is -£15.00, then this means you’re £15.00 in credit.
Thanks,
Tyler
