Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows why all my messages on Whatsapp have not transferred over to my new phone? I was on Tesco and moved over to id and most of my WhatsApp messages are missing? Thanks in advance.

+26Sounds like you might have a Samsung handset,
If you still have your old phone, you might be able to transfer the information via a cloud backup.
What have Samsung advised?
What do WhatsApp say about this?
I'm a bit unsure, I haven't contacted Whatsapp, but I am now on a pixel pro 8, thanks for advice though.
