Hi my wife ported from three but she can’t sent texts from her number but can call me.  Her texts that come through show the ID mobile number, not her three number.  Very weird!

If you submit your PAC or STAC before 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, you should switch on the next working day between 8 am and 10 pm. If you submit your PAC after 5:30 pm or at any time over the weekend, it should switch within two working days.

iD should send you a text message to let you know once your switch is complete. If you don’t receive a text from them within the timeframes mentioned above, try restarting your phone, as this may trigger the switch to complete.

Hi I gave my pac code on Monday or Tuesday i think my other sim has stopped from the other network 

When did you notice the old one dropping off the network ​@Rob437?

If it was Wednesday (or earlier) there was a service outage regarding PAC transfers. It might have been caught up in this?

Try ejecting the sim, then turn the phone completely off, switch it back on, allow it to fully boot (ignore the no network message) and pop the SIM back in. Does that do anything?

Okay. Your number has to ‘die’ first with the previous provider and then is ‘reborn’ with the new provider.

If you’re bringing your phone with you I’d leave the old SIM card in until it beeps with no service, then switch it off, then put the new iD SIM in -  this can save some head scratching later
