Where did my data disappear to!

Hi, I joined ID last month on a 100GB which allegedly rolls over unsued data. I have always had 100GB with previous provider but NEVER used anywhere near that amount.

I regularly check usage so, when I checked my account on Friday evening was surprised to find I only had just over 6GB left. My new bill has landed which shows I only used just over 5200MB so nowhere near 100GB! I have had just over 6GB roll over.

 

This isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but something has clearly gone wrong!!

Please can you check via your online account and see if you see the same data amount?

My online account showed the same as the app and 6.3GB was rolled over.
