As I understand it, for issues with your handset you’re expected to go to your nearest Curry’s store.

When I ring back the number of a call I’ve missed For some reason ID’s automated message tells me to buy more credit because I’ve used mine up, although I haven’t and can call any other number without issue, I think ID are trying to scam me!

Mark, it really does sound like someone is trying to scam you, though it might not be iD.

 

If you’re PAYG and go to make a call, as you dial, you would get an automated voice prompt saying you don’t have enough credit.

I would be truly gobsmacked if iD would randomly cal you saying you don’t have enough credit. I wouldn’t call the number back and when they call again see what details they can tell you about yourself - like your name on the account, the last 4 digits of the account, what bank the card is registered to etc.If they can’t answer any apart from you’re an iD customer end the call and block the number would be my best advice.

 

Don’t say you got my details wrong they’re x y z or give them anything about you. Keep answers to brief replies (avoid saying yes or no too). Say that’s wrong for no

I can not make calls. I can receive calls ok and 4g works ok to. I am not on pay as you go and have unlimited calls. Also customer Services is impossible to contact.

Getting hold of support seems to impossible. I’ve tried the live chat this morning for the last hour and keep getting a message “Sorry, I can’t help right now”… super. thanks a lot.

I’ve tried about 10 times this week to speak with an agent on the live chat but always get “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.” 

Sometimes I get to the point to input my pin other times not that far.

All the times I’ve tried calling between 9am - 8pm.

Ridiculous.

Remiss of me to say that I did eventually get through and speak to a person who was able to solve my query (it wasn’t possible to solve through the chatbot).

Still pretty frustating for those other 10 times though.
