When I signed up for a new sim-only phone contract with ID Mobile, I was eligible for a 3 month Apple TV subscription. I was told this would be sent via email 14 days after starting the contract. When this didn’t arrive, I flagged this to customer support who told me someone would reach out with the necessary link within 48 hours. I’ve had no contact since, and have chased a few times. Please can someone help me to get this sorted? Thank you!
