I sent my phone for trade in 3 weeks ago with an agreed amount of £150 but have had NO response from the Currys trade in email that has been suggested. My carrier states the phone was received so now you have my phone but are not paying up what is owed and are ghosting me!!

Hi, I have the same problem because like 8 days ago on the 11/10/2024 I have sent my iPhone 14 Pro Max for trade in. I tracked it, and it was delivered but I have not received my money at all yet. It’s the same company currys.
plus I’m supposed to get paid for my trade in £420

Yes I have returned the appropriate forms needed to process the payment but not received it.
