I’m trying to follow these instructions (below), but I can’t even find any ‘services’ option on my app, where is it please?
Ensure Data Roaming is Enabled in the iD Mobile App
Open iD App > Select Services > Check that ‘Roaming’ is turned on by toggling button to say ‘On’

I would advise that you go to Plan>manage your iD Services.
If you still have issues, please contact Live Chat and they can enable Roaming.
