Where's my buds?


I bought a pixel pro 9 that was sold with free ear buds but after receiving the phone there's no mention of the buds. Has anyone else had this problem? I was expecting a code or forms to fill out but I haven't received anything at all. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

It says that the buds should have been delivered with the phone but nothing arrived apart from the phone

Hey there ​@Srussell, I can see in step 1, it says:

 

“Purchase a Google Pixel 9 Pro (any capacity) between 07/05/2025 - 26/05/2025 on selected 10GB, 50GB, 100GB or Unlimited data tariffs, excluding SIM free purchases, and receive a pair of Pixel Buds Pro 2.”

 

  1. Can you confirm the date you ordered?
  2. Where did you order from?
  3. Did you order a specific 10GB, 50GB, 100GB or Unlimited data tariff that included the earbuds?
  4. Did you order confirmation email confirm the earbuds were included in your order?
