Where's the chat button and how do I claim my smart watch and charger?

I got a new Samsung A36 from Currys earlier this month and signed up for a two year contract with ID Mobile. I was advised in the shop that I can claim a smart watch and fast charger by going on the ID Mobile website, but I can’t see it. Have I been conned by Currys? I can’t see any chat button either on my phone?

Hi ​@fishystephen  there was a promotion running for a free watch as long as your purchase was made within the correct time period (19/03/2025 - 15/04/2025)?

 

Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G (all colours/variants) and claim a Galaxy Fit3, and a 45w Charger and silicone case. Promotion runs between 19/03/2025 - 15/04/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 15/05/2025 23:59 at https://samsungoffers.claims/GalaxyAPack

 

Purchase and internet access required. To claim, participant must upload proof of purchase and provide required information.

If the purchase is returned, ‘Samsung Galaxy Fit3’, 45w Charger and the silicone case must also be returned.

Exclusions apply, for full Terms and Conditions please visit https://samsungoffers.claims/GalaxyAPack

 

Also when you mention chat button, what do you mean please?

But I can't see a chat button on the app. I don't need it now though as I only wanted to online chat to get the information on the offer.

Our live chat isn’t on the app, and you can access this on our website, and our live-chat team are available 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Thanks for confirming that, but you should remove the graphic on the website that shows a live chat on a mobile phone,  because I spent ages trying to figure out why it didn't work.

You could still access this through a browser on your handset though.

The graphic shows the app open on a phone and shows people chatting.  Personally I think it's a bit misleading if you are saying it'ssone other merhod. If it's some other method of chatting then please make it much clearer how people are supposed to use it.
