where to check for any search restrictions on account


I hope someone can be of assistance, I an

unable to access certain websites when searching using my data yet can access the sites perfectly when using WiFi, it is as if search restrictions are on my account without my permission. Where do I go to on the app to check if any restrictions have been switched on without my knowing? Has anyone experienced any similar issues? I am a new ID mobile customer and haven’t experienced this issue with my previous network provider.

Turn the adult content filter off from within the iD Mobile app.

Plan > Manage your id services > Adult content filter > Off

Probably the adult content filter. Look under plan then manage your iD services.
