wheres my currys voucher

Why on earth ID mobile skirts real customer service.  I was told I would be emailed my currys voucher for getting a contract for the pixel 9pro xl. You can't make this up they are that same company. I was due yesterday

If so, you’ll get the gift card via email between 21/12/24 and 26/01/25.

Nothing. I have had the same issue with ID before and none of the post purchase communications ever explain anything regarding any offer. Last time I nearly had to get trading standards. But let's see

My mistake, I misread and thought it was the 26th of this month. Hopefully the vouchers will be sent out soon, I was hoping to take advantage of the sales.

Did you get anywhere and received a voucher, stii waiting and when I chatted to It ID they didn't know the offer and referred me to gift cloud who don't know anything either

Still no news, but I am waiting till the 26th of Jan and hoping something arrives in my mail box before then.  Odd that ID don’t know about it as there is their screen-shot at the top of this thread.

I have emailed gift cloud who just said they don't recognise my order number and no further replies since.

Can you confirm the number you sent them is correct and the one linked to the order and your iD Mobile contract?

 

When did you send this to them please?

 

We’d recommend chasing them up if no response.
