Which card is being used to pay my bill?

I have two issues:

I have more than one card with which to pay my bill but as there is no information from iD regarding the card used, it makes it harder to keep track of my finances.

How can I find out which card is being used to pay my bill each month? I would appreciate the chance to make up my own mind instead of the payment being taken automatically.

How can I make this happen?

The online iD Live Chat service would be the fastest way to get this sorted.

If online chat doesn't work on your smartphone, try another device like a tablet, iPad or laptop.

You can also chat with iD Mobile using facebook or Twitter.

The iD agents work between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends. Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
