I have the ID mobile sim/contract 6 months now and I am ready to cancel it as it is useless to be frank. 
 

why can I not call landlines?

why is the coverage non-existent in my area despite being informed it was strong prior to purchase?

why can people not receive my text messages?

why am I unable to answer incoming calls which mean I miss out on new business contracts?

why am I not able to use O2 or Vodafone or any other selectable network?

why did I bother switching to ID mobile?

Sorry to hear about all the issues you’ve mentioned.

Can you advise what happens when you try and call landlines?

Have you checked the coverage and network status HERE.

When you are on a network you can only select that network for coverage.

If you could confirm if the issues are occurring everywhere or just at your address?

Can you advise what happens when you try and call landlines?

Have you checked the coverage and network status HERE.

When you are on a network you can only select that network for coverage.
