why am I being charged?

A debt collection company has been in touch with me regarding a contract phone that I took out when I went in store to carphone warehouse. I have been making payments of around £20 a month to idmobile since the purchase and I do not believe that I owe an extra £313.20 (as the debt team have stated). Please may I have a breakdown of what I have already paid and I will need a case reference number to log this issue until it is resolved. Unfortunately, I am unable to get hold of anyone at idmobile as there is no direct contact line and the live chat seems to always be busy. I would very much appreciate some assistance on this matter as bailiffs are coming to my house and it’s becoming quite distressing.
