Why are the “upgrade” deals worse than the deals you can get for a new contract?
i.e Looking for the best upgrade deal with a Samsung S23 FE 256GB I’ve found on Carphone Warehouse...
But for a new contract from Mobiles.co.uk I find for the exact same phone…
Don’t you value your customers?

@Karm - You need to press Option 1 to go through our Upgrades department, I’ve just tried it myself and connected through to a member of our Sales & Retentions team. You’ll need your Customer Services PIN for security, you can find this in the iD Mobile app.
I've just phoned this number and all I got was a robot - no team. Tried following the options and was asked for a PIN that I may or may not have got sent to me when I joined ID all those years ago. Can you advise... or shall I just go to one of your competitors instead.

I got in touch with the sales and retentions team, and all they were able to do was adjust what I paid up front, and the amount of data on the plan they were offering me. Unfortunately they couldn't drop the monthly cost despite the fact I was willing to pay more up front. As a result I'm moving to one of your competitors.
Please pass my thanks to the rest of the team - ID are a good network with a great team behind them, and I'll probably find my way back in the future, but at this moment in time they weren't able to provide the terms I was looking for.
