Trying to respond to 80870 (no costs), but it will not send. Anything wrong in the settings?

Thanks. My cap is in the maximum already. I cannot increase it further.

Cannot find restrictions on the phone, but happy to receive a pm on where this issue may be located. 

 

I am using a Sony Experia 10 II.
