why can’t I make calls?

Why can’t I make calls indoors or outside. There is a small orange dot near the signal bar at the top?

I also have WiFi calling on but can’t connect.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble making calls.

 

If you're unable to make calls both indoors and outdoors, and Wi-Fi Calling isn't connecting either, there are a few things we'd recommend checking:

  • Restart your phone.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then back off.
  • Make sure your network selection is set to Automatic.
  • Check that your software is fully up to date.
  • Reset your network settings.
  • If possible, try your SIM in another compatible handset, or try another SIM in your phone. This will help determine whether the issue is with the SIM or the device.

 

The small orange dot near the signal bars is usually an indicator that your microphone is currently being accessed by an app on your phone, rather than indicating a network issue.
