You simply ask your old provider for a PAC Code; simples.

I have a PAC code from my old provider, but when I try to transfer to iD, it always tells me something went wrong.

Thank you for confirming.

 

Please note that iD Mobile does not support internal number switching between accounts.

 

If you would like to keep your existing number while remaining with iD Mobile, you would need to proceed with an upgrade on that current line, rather than creating or moving to a separate account.

 

If you need help with the upgrade process or checking your eligibility, please let us know and we’ll be happy to guide you further.

You won’t get a call from iD Mobile.


As you’ve been informed, you can’t transfer your old iD Mobile number to your new plan. To retain your number you’ll need to return your new device and plan and upgrade your existing one.
