    Hey there ​@Muddy67, as kindly advised by ​@WelshPaul, are premium features enabled via the iD Mobile app/website via your account, and is your bill cap high enough to allow charges to go through?

    No checked that it’s set at £50 the max so not that … it’s only doing it on a certain news channel . If this company has blocked payments to there it needs reporting
