Why Id company charge more then they can to?

Hi guys, Id mobile company charged me 2 times per month and when I ask why and hiw i can claim my money back, they refused me and told like they not, I have all proves? who have same problem with them?

Can you explain charged your for usage, charged you for the same monthly bill twice? Please explain in detail

ID company charged me twice for my bills and not only for 1 month, but now for around 3-4 months and today, I not paid them twice again , they cut me off , today I can’t even go out to earn money for my family, because I’m Deliveroo driver and without internet connection I can’t do anything.
