Took five days for PAC transfer, never received code for Apple offer. Don't reply to emails, frankly rubbish service

Maybe cut your losses and switch, before you have more issues with iD customer care, @Shaka

If you’ve just switched to iD, you’ll probably still be in your contract cooling off period - you could return your order and save yourself any further hassle.
