why is bundle purchase showing error message

Trying to purchase a bundle for a few days. Keep getting a ‘sorry something went wrong’ message. Tried the app and the website. Same card details as I’ve always used. Any ideas how I can sort this.

Have you tried using the iD Mobile 7777 automated phone service?
