Ok. I added the number to my contacts and it still got blocked. I went to phone setting and the number had been added to my blocked list - not by me! So I have unblocked it. How do I stop this happening with future 0330 calls as I have now missed 2 urgent medical calls 😡

Is your bill cap at £0?

We may be blocking what we believe could be a chargeable call, if you’re sure it isn’t you may want to raise the bill cap and try again.

 this was an incoming call that was blocked and when I rang it back I got thru but my appt had been missed. The problem is why are 0330 incoming calls blocked?

Maybe the number is blocked on the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Sharonbromley.

Otherwise, it might be necessary to switch to a service provider where this behaviour doesn’t happen.

Numbers beginning 03 are included in iD plan calls allowance, and they don’t seem to be listed anywhere in iD online information (about charges) covering out-of-plan number use.
