Why is my number switching taking so long?

I’m frustrated!

I gave my PAC code and preferred switchover date (Friday 24 Jan) when I signed up to ID mobile.

I’ve checked with my previous provider and they said it has been requested for the 31st!

I use this number for work and I can’t wait that long.

Any idea how I expedite the switch?

Sounds like iD Mobile might’ve overlooked your switching request, ​@kimlm

Probably best to use iD online Live Chat now, and speak to a customer adviser about your switch.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
