why is my O2 still using my ported number

I moved Tuesday from 02 old iPhone to ID and iPhone 14 requested and ported my number - however issues I have - old 02 phone and transferred number still working / New ID phone also works - and shows as required my ported number on other phones I ring .
ALSO on the my New ID phone however under my number it lists the new Sim Number -

Is This Normal - Comments please

I’m not staff, just a community member like you. Only iD Mobile can resolve your split port!

Speak to a live chat agent and have them escalate the issue to their porting department.

Hey @Zennotlike,

Not really my old iPhone when I power it up still shows 02-Uk as the provider , although I don’t use it anymore and have no Bills coming through …it’s still disconcerting in some way , guess I just keep it switched off then

Sounds like the port request didn't complete fully.
