Hi @AliG246, I’m sorry to hear that. We’re aware of an issue in which some customers aren’t able to view their allowances/usage in the app. We’re looking into this internally.
Are you able to try logging into your account online to see if this works?

I can now see my data , text and call allowance. But my plan has been changed from 30GB data to 10GB Data?
