Why only 2 accounts?
I have 3 devices (2 phones and one tablet). I went to change from O2 to ID but was only allowed to take out 2 contracts. Why does Id restrict its own customers? I have had to join Virgin Mobile for my tablet. Does not make sense!

Hello @Les ,
We only allow a maximum of 2 connections at any time for one account holder.
This is for security reasons to prevent multiple contracts being taken out.
It's unfortunate that you weren't able to apply for the additionally required SIM.
