WiFi calling not working

Hi ,I have a message on my screen "WiFi calling not available for SIM 2 (which is new iDmobile sim)"all is activated in settings, for both Sims (SIM 1 is by different provider).I've done all the suggested: rebooted, toggled Airplane mode on off, nothing helps. Is it a faulty SIM? Thanks

@Julie X This may be due many thing's, if you've done all the checks put the IDMobile Sim card from sim location 2 to location 1 and the other network into Sim 2 see if this results in a change.

Wi-Fi calling can often be used with both SIM cards on a dual-SIM device, but this depends on the carrier, device, and specific settings. Ensure both SIMs are compatible with Wi-Fi calling and that your device supports the feature for both SIMs.
